Job Description

To work closely with the management team to determine hiring needs, deadlines for specific tasks, and safety protocols to enforce among Workers. To manage projects onsite and host meetings with workers to establish project deadlines, safety procedures, work schedules.Responsibilities:

  1. Supervising the factory and all the postproduction team.
  2. Assigning jobs to postproduction team.
  3. Maintains Knowledge of Process and equipment.
  4. Handling the resources such as raw materials and consumables in the factory.
  5. Reporting any issues or problems to production Engineers.
  6. Making sure postproduction team follows the safety regulations while working in the factory.
  7. Solve disputes between workers professionally and shouldn?t be biased to anyone.
  8. Making sure to keep the factory area clean and organized.
  9. Making sure everyone is in and out on time.
  10. Job cards tracking from start to End.
