Maintain production specifications and product standards while reducing overall cost to maximize productivity and profitability
Maintain and verify all production records specifically batch records and employee timesheets
Maintain and verify all production records for various internal and external audits
Actively compile data and generate comprehensive reports documenting findings and suggesting improvements.
Monitor performance of workers reporting to them.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs or maintenance.
