PRECAST PRODUCTION ENGINEERKey Responsibilities:

Responsible to the reporting manager for the production operation and assurance that all work instructions and procedures are strictly followed.
Knowledge of Architectural Precast products and its processes.
Draw proposals for New Projects.
Preparing detailed cost estimates methodology histogram for men and materials and schedules.
Checking and approving shop drawings and detailing works.
Responsible to coordinate with customers.
Closely monitor the factory activities and daily follow-up to achieve targeted production and submit feedback to reporting manager.
Orchestration of production schedule.
Development and exploration of new production methods.
Review and assessment for potential projects.
Raise purchase requisition for production material requirements and ensure that materials are properly stored in the factory.
Evaluate non-conforming materials/products and decide necessary recasting, resawing and repair.
Carry out trial mixes, maintain and update design mixes; and amend concrete batches due to fluctuation of moisture content mostly of raw materials.
Ensure that workers are adequately skilled and experienced in following and understanding correct production methods.
Any other service exigency tasks as assigned by reporting manager from time-to-time.
