This placement is for the night shift.- Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations within the company?s policies and procedures to ensure the most effective performance from staff and machine- Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital- Operate department while adhering to the approved production budget- Assure attainment of business objectives and productions schedules while insuring product standards that will exceed RAM customers? expectations- Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs- Coordinate, set up and implement policies and standard operating procedure for all production operations- Liaise and confer with different department heads to ensure proper coordination of purchasing, production and shipping- Supervise and motivate a team of supervisors, skilled and unskilled staff- Continually improve safety records by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes to maintain clean and safe production plant- Prepare and submit to the Production Director daily reports of production schedules
