1. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results. 2. Prioritize projects to meet deadlines. 3. Determine quality control standards. 4. Planning and organizing production schedules. 5. Coordination with the Installation Manager.6. Prepares production status reports to the management.7.Manage the flow of operations and manpower schedule (Carpentry, Painting, Packing, Electrical and Laser/CNC).8.Liaise with the projects team and design regarding the shop drawings and client guidelines ensuring the production is happening as per the standards expected from the client.9.Should have the knowledge of AutoCAD and should be able to make cutting list.10. Should have at least 3-4 years of experience in Signage production. 11. Should be flexible and dependable with the ability to work in multifaceted environment.
