Production CoordinatorJob Location : UAEJob Details :?A Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Hospitality Management, or a related field, reflecting a commitment to excellence and a solid understanding of Marketing.?A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Production Role, showcasing a proven track record of success in the profession.?Experience in Luxury, Lifestyle, International Travel, or Hospitality is Preferred.?Basic knowledge of Marketing principles and concepts.?Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook.Key Responsibilities :?Passionately leads the coordination of suppliers, ensuring a FIVE-Styled Marketing Production process.?Develops and manages detailed Event Timelines and Production Schedules, demonstrating Remarkable Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills and a Commitment to meeting project milestones.?Takes Charge of event preparation, ensuring Sensational Coordination of operational requirements.?Manages photo shoots with a Visionary Approach, coordinating models and ensuring a seamless flow.?Effortlessly sources Brands, Makeup Artists, Stylists, and more, for events and photoshoots, with a calm and courteous attitude that reflects the ?Vibe at FIVE.??Spearheads the sourcing of Event D‚cor and Collateral, ensuring all decorations and props are properly stored and maintain their Exquisite condition.?Negotiates with External Vendors, including Catering Services, Decorators, Florists, and Audio-Visual equipment providers, delivering a First-in-Class experience in all aspects of event exceution.?Coordinates contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring a Boundary-Breaking event exceution.?Maintains ?FIVE-Star? records of event planning and exceution.?Meticulously ensures that all aspects of Production reflect FIVE?s Gold Standards and are aligned with its Award-Winning reputation.?Oversees FIVE?s filing systems and Manages office supplies to ensure Industry-Leading operational efficiency.?Maintains and Elevates the IT infrastructure while Meticulously tracking inventory orders.
