Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading signage companies based in UAE. Our client is looking to hire Production Coordinator to be based at their Dubai office.An ideal candidate will be the one who ensures that production follows the planned schedules, budget and handle a variety of other tasks that ensure productions run smoothly.?

  • ?Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
  • Meeting Sales/Project Managers and getting the details of Projects
  • Liaise with project/sales and design team regarding the shop drawings and brand guidelines ensuring the production is happening as per the client expectation.
  • Study the approved drawings thoroughly and highlighting critical areas to be noted during WIP.
  • Prioritize & plan the production schedule to meet project deadlines.
  • Prepare material requisition or verify the requisitions prepared by Foreman.
  • Following up with Stores or Purchase department on availability of required raw materials for production.
  • Determine quality control standard methods.
  • Check the quality of purchased raw materials, QA/QC of all items produced in-house or outsourced.
  • Responsible to schedule works for each department by meeting department charge hands/ team leader and briefing the project in detail.
  • Assigning Job hours for each department and make sure that they don?t exceed the allotted labour hours. So close examination required during WIP.
  • Manage the flow of operations and manpower schedule (Carpentry, Painting, Packing, Electrical and Laser/CNC).
  • Planning and organizing production schedules.
  • Renegotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.?
  • Plan & Coordinate with installation manager for project delivery and installation.
  • Prepares production status reports to the management.
  • Generating and maintaining all Production related documents (from kick off to installation).
