Conduct in-servicing and training for new and existing customers on various products including new product in-service, follow-up training, trade show support and other educational activities.
Develop, coordinate, and deliver product training to customers on applications and product use, and monitor customer applications to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
Challenging ability to generate new leads, exploring new opportunities and carrying out customer and group presentation in the field of Wound Care as well organizing product demonstrations, sites visits and follow up.
