- Engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients. - To ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business. - Ensure excellent medical knowledge and promotional skills related to his/her disease area and product - Ensure that Company strategies are correctly and uniformly implemented. - Carry out sales calls, targeting Key strategic regions and key accounts for maximum efficiency. - Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients - Monitor market trends and insure market intelligence in assigned territory. - Maintain close relationships with key accounts, and ensure their requirements are being met by the companys products where possible. - Work with Franchise manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in the territory - Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations - Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc. Minimum Requirements? Minimum 3 years Previous Sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. ? Previous experience in the Immunology therapy area is desirable. ? Professional approach and a good team player. ? Comprehensive understanding of Dubai pharmaceutical market ? Proven Project Management skills ? Outstanding selling skills ? Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint ? Planning and organization skills ? Impactful presentation skills ?
