Quest Search and Selection is working in partnership with one of the most exciting Retailers in the world, looking to hire a Product Specialist to join their team in Dubai. Looking for a product specialist with passion for Product and creating roadmaps that can positively affect the business ad operation.As a Product Specialist, you will:- Define and execute effective strategies to assigned product segment to meet customer needs- Define product vision and ensure completeness of product requirements- Implementation and adherence assigned product process standards- Build product backlog and align with team regarding priorities- Collaborate with key internal team members and other Product OwnersDesirable skills and background:- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar field- With least 5 years strong retail experience as well as E-commerce experience- Experience from large format retail with large warehousing operations would is a major advantage- Exposure to extended virtual shelf tying together customer facing solutions for product and pricing comparisons as well as stock and inventory at the Point of Sales.- In depth understanding of end-to-end customer journey- Strong experience in e-commerce, digital products management and product delivery- Strong analytical, business communication, and presentation skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Fluency in Arabic an advantageIn return for your handwork and success, the company is willing to pay an attractive tax-free salary, along with great benefits (bonus+ medical+ annual air ticket).We request that candidates send their CV as a Microsoft Word document where possible.Quest Search and Selection is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
