Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the printing industry.
Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold-calling.
Understand client needs and requirements, and present appropriate printing solutions that align with their business objectives.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure that client requirements are met and projects are executed successfully.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospects, showcasing the companys services and capabilities.
Negotiate and close sales deals, aiming to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the management team.
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the companys services and expand the client base.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys offerings and pricing structure

Qualifications:

Prior experience working as a Salesman within the printing industry is essential.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
UAE driving license is required for client visits and business development activities.
Exceptional negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented individual.
Familiarity with printing techniques, materials, and processes is highly desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
