As the organization moves from ?start-up? mode into ?scale-up?, the team needs to be multi-skilled to be able to take on a number of varied tasks and responsibilities. We are looking for a flexible individual who has a strong will to achieve high targets whilst adhering to customer support policy and standards.This individual will be expected to inject our capital market and product structuring expertise into the development and management of products that Zurich offers to clients.Job AccountabilitiesAs a Product, Proposition and Pricing Leader, your role will involve:Defining pricing models for EoSB / Workplace Savings and other Corporate offeringsBid management and pricing for corporate opportunitiesCreating a profitability framework across all Corporate services and ensure adherence across the life cycleTaking ownership of business case realization across servicesLeading proposition penetration within existing customer base (e.g. VC?s, EE benefits) working with distribution, risk, compliance and other customer facing functionsBuilding & developing strategic business projects and key initiatives across the service lines and fine tune to customer segmentsEnhancing overall EoSB proposition and extract additional value from EoSB value chain through partnerships with asset managersAssessing suitability/fitment of investment propositions from asset managers with our EoSB proposition and ensure best solution for our customersLeading implementation / onboarding of customers (large corporates or new services beyond the scope of incremental BAU)Job QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Relevant education in Finance with advanced finance certifications in investments and risk with 10+ years of working experienceCross-functional experience spanning advanced knowledge of financial products/services, operations, project management, implementationDemonstrable track record of proposition creation and product and process innovationExcellent knowledge of financial products especially savings and risk and ability to build propositions incl. excellent ability to articulate proposition benefits to corporate clientsExcellent stake holder management building skillsHigh degree of commercial orientation ? sales and profits focusAbility to build win-win partnerships with a variety of organizationsDemonstrable track record of large scale product / programme implementations where operations and technology play a crucial roleStrong background in financial modelling and benefits realizationWhy ZurichWe are an equal opportunity employer who knows that each employee is unique - that?s what makes our team so great!Join us as we constantly explore new ways to .Location(s): AE - DubaiRemote working: NoSchedule: Full TimeRecruiter name: Shu Hui Leong* Closing date: 29 September 2022
