Quest Search and Selection is working in partnership with one of the most exciting Retailers in the world, looking to hire Product Owners (Online CX) to join their team in Dubai. We are looking for brilliant candidates to handle Online Customer and Delivery Experience products. Candidates with experience working for global e-commerce companies are encouraged to apply.As a Product Owner (Online CX), you will:- Define and execute effective strategies for Customer CX products- Define product vision and ensure completeness of product requirements- Implementation and adherence assigned product process standards- Build product backlog and align with team regarding priorities- Collaborate with key internal team members and other Product OwnersDesirable skills and background:- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar field- With least 5 years experience as a product lead handling customer experience (CX) products- In depth understanding of end-to-end customer journey- Strong experience in e-commerce, digital products management and product delivery- Strong analytical, business communication, and presentation skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Fluency in Arabic an advantageIn return for your handwork and success, the company is willing to pay an attractive tax-free salary, along with great benefits (bonus+ medical+ annual air ticket).We request that candidates send their CV as a Microsoft Word document where possible.Quest Search and Selection is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
