Quest Search and Selection is working in partnership with one of the most exciting Retailers in the world, looking to hire a Product Manager (Merchandising) to join their team in Dubai. This is a huge opportunity for you to work in an energetic, dynamic and progressive environment.As a Product Manager (Merchandising), you will:- Develop and execute effective merchandising product strategies and work flows- Collaborate with key internal team members and Product Owners to support product strategies- Monitor and assess end-user /customer experience in each merchandising process touchpoint- Recommend improvements in product design, features, and offerings- Lead team in the implementation and adherence to process standards- Produce and monitor merchandise process KPI reportsDesirable skills and background:- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar field- With least 7 years product management experience handling merchandising products, or similar- Strong experience in the e-commerce and retail industry- Good understanding of end-to-end customer journey- Strong analytical, business communication, and presentation skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Fluency in Arabic an advantageIn return for your handwork and success, the company is willing to pay an attractive tax-free salary, along with great benefits (bonus+ medical+ annual air ticket).We request that candidates send their CV as a Microsoft Word document where possible.Quest Search and Selection is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
