We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager who is passionate and results-driven, serving asthe central figure for product strategy and implementation. In this position, we require anindividual with a blend of creative and analytical thinking skills. The ideal candidate shouldpossess a deep understanding of product trends, competitive analysis, shifts in consumerdemand, and the dynamics of distribution channels (both offline and online). They should alsohave the ability to formulate a strategic plan aimed at achieving profitable growth. Additionally,this role demands a track record of effective relationship management, excellent communicationskills at various levels, and a strong sense of organizational prowess.JOB DESCRIPTION? Evaluate product value by comparing it to industry benchmarks.? Analyze trends across a diverse set of countries in the CIS region, including theCaucasus and Central Asia.? Formulate product line recommendations using a logical downstream approach.? Develop and implement product and marketing initiatives through distributors, such asprice comparisons, specification planning, USP (Unique Selling Proposition) creation,support for consumer research initiated by the RHQ (Regional Headquarters), terminaldisplay execution, product placement strategies, go-to-market planning, and value chainpricing.? Collaborate with various teams, including design, content, product, and sales, to ensureproject alignment with guidelines and adherence to timelines.? Assist sales management in crafting sales plans and channel penetration strategies.? Work closely with the distributors team to execute marketing and channel initiatives.? Communicate the vision and value of new products to the channel and create sales toolsto streamline the selling process.? Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability across all channels.? Periodically track sell-out data in each channel and provide reports.
