Not only are we devoted to our work and customers but most meaningfully to each others success.˙The Product Manager will be responsible for developing the best experience for job seekers using the Bayt.com product across web, m-web and mobile app platforms. He/she will be responsible for optimizing the user experience, implementing effective retention strategies, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive user growth for Bayts jobseeker product. This role will involve working directly with the CEO and Head of Product, presenting an opportunity to significantly impact our business trajectory.Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to drive user growth and engagement on our mobile app and website.
  • Implement and optimize notification and email strategies to improve user retention.
  • Use data analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel) to analyze and derive insights from user behavior.
  • Incredible attention to detail. You want to ship the best customer experience and will not compromise
  • Understand our customers, and business and find opportunities to build 0 to 1 experiences
  • Adopt a structured approach to identify what problems need to be solved and break them down into smaller chunks
  • Work closely with the engineering, design, and marketing teams to prioritize, execute, and launch impactful products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with user needs and business objectives.
  • Define, prioritize, and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Present product reports and metrics to the CEO and Head of Product.
