• Working with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand and define objectives and goals, and launch new features and enhancements;
• Researching and interviewing users in conjunction with the UX team to understand the needs, challenges and expectations of end users;
• Using design thinking principles to further this understanding and get to the right solution for targeted users;
• Helping to articulate a product vision and a strategy to get there;
• Leading the effort to blueprint the solution design, architecture, effort and resource requirements that meets the needs and requirements of multiple stakeholders and users;
• Defining and prioritising user stories to execute the project and develop the solution;
• Working closely with the scrum team to ensure that a high quality product is delivered on time and to spec;
• Resolving obstacles that block the emerging feature or enhancement in any way, whether it be technical, resource related or requires escalation;
• Helping educate team members on the way that Product, Engineering and Technology works;
• Assisting with any relevant product and go-to-market documentation;

• Ability to define a product strategy and roadmap to rally stakeholders throughout the end to end product delivery phases;
• Demonstrates passion and curiosity for technologies (current and emerging) and their potential application;
• Is able to understand technical requirements and have robust discussions with engineering teams;
• Proactive and demonstrates flexibility and agility to balance multiple projects;
• Strong Agile product owner with follow through of projects from concept through to execution;
• Results oriented, taking the initiative and ownership and makes things happen on time and with attention to detail;
• Strong interpersonal skills in order to establish and build partnership relationships with stakeholders quickly, and work effectively with remote teams;
