KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Global Item Master Data management with extensive information by formalizing a standardized process
Pricing management in the ERP
Trade agreement setting and its renewal in the ERP
Quality control of the product information keeping in mind the Clinic, Pharmacy and e-commerce
Category and content creation for e-commerce
Communication of product inclusion and exclusion to all HCP?s on a regular basis
Configuration of Campaign and promotions in ERP and monitoring its execution at the unit/facility level
Corporate deals and discount setting in the ERP
Data analytics for purchase and replenishment
Interbranch transfer tracking and sharing of reports for the timely action
Review of promotions and associated reports to monitor the performance
Monitoring of Sales Returns, expiry management periodically to minimize revenue leakage
Training the team on the ERP, developing process flowcharts wherever required to disseminate information to the team
Liaise with internal IT, the service provider in sorting out the ERP related challenges as and when such issues arise.
