Job Description

Product and Tool Specialist-?This role will have you as the ? Key user for the client?s tools and you will be responsible for the product management activities.You will be acting as the primary support for solutions/tools in accordance with the client?s processes and systems, covering all the aspects of the business.You will be the expert in understanding in one or more tools, it?s processes and solutions.??Contract ? Fixed contract ? 6 months- extension based on business needsLocation- DubaiExperience- 1-2 years experience in working in MNC on tools sales and tools support in business environment.?Responsibilities:?

  • Communicate the required usage of the solution or tool to appropriate users based on guidance from Process Owners.
  • Identifying problems or issues relating to the tool or potential incidents and reporting them to Process Owners
  • Managing each new release at content, communication, and update on the tool
  • Communicating changes caused by the new release to end users
  • Provide first level user support and expertise during ongoing usage and implementation of tool by:?
a.??????providing immediate responses to queries on process and tool issuesb.??????Regularly updating the toolc.??????Systematically supporting agreed the client?s way in usage of solutions in the Business Unit??Initiating and supporting the implementation of the corrective or preventive actions in the tool??Actively proposing improvements in solution or tool usage??Identifying the need for training and ensure new users adopt agreed way tool usage??Ensure all users are appropriately coached / trained in how to use the tool.??Arrange meetings and training required to use the tool to re-establish best practices when needed??Determine the need to suggest improvements in the end user training content.
