Title: Product Analyst (OTT)Duration: 3 months rolling contractLocation: DubaiWere seeking:A Product Analyst with strong OTT and Telecom product domain experience, one who can take full ownership of product enhancement, innovations, direct carrier billing & bundle integrations with telecom operators across MENA.This person will be responsible for defining and delivering best-in-class customer on-boarding journey, process, business and technical flows, integrations and service launch while ensuring better customer experience and co-ordination with external and internal stakeholders.We believe a successful Product Analyst keen to focus and emphasis the product from quality and data perspective. She or He should be experienced in taking data driven decisions by using Analytical skills and creating Reports /Dashboards when required.The Analyst should have good planning mindset and leadership skills to lead initiatives across teams.RequirementsYoud be a fit if you have:Over 5 years experience as a Business/Product AnalystMinimum 3 years of experience translating customer needs into user stories, features, functionality, technical call flows, system integrationsMinimum 3 years of experience in software development, operations & delivering customer-facing OTT and Telco productsGood working knowledge of Direct Carrier Billing & Bundle integrations with telecom operatorsCandidate with experience in OTT or telco services will be given a preferenceKnowledge & Skills:Diverse exposure to cutting age mobile & web technologies, Direct Carrier Billing, telecom systems such as SMSC, Billing System, provisioning systemIn-depth knowledge of telecom interfaces and protocolExtensive knowledge about SDLC, practices, and requirement managementExcellent documentation and presentation skillsKnowledge & experience of UML for sequence diagrams and use case creationsAgile and Scrum experienceJIRA and Confluence experienceJIRA reporting tool experienceSolid understanding of Telco eco systemsSolid understanding of how to build reporting and dashboardsSolid understanding of the GiT
