Develop and maintain a goal-oriented program which includes timely quotation and lower price of high-quality goods. -Implement an effective procurement process and policies to ensure they are placed and delivered to the outlets on time. -Strategically secure deals with existing and/or new suppliers in alignment with the Supply Chain Director -Maintain relationships with approved suppliers and seek out new suppliers while managing their ongoing performance per quality guidelines and reporting regularly to the Supply Chain Director . -Manage a list of alternative products and suppliers -Monitor market process of all major raw materials and keep management updated. -Maintain efficient records and documentation to track purchasing activity. -Review items specifications to ensure they are in line with company requirements.
