Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in procurement, supply chain management, and vendor relations, with the ability to join immediately.Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and maintain supplier relationships
  • Knowledge of the local market and procurement practices
  • Must be currently located in Dubai and ready to join immediately
Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services
  • Negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effective purchases
  • Maintaining an up-to-date supplier database
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely procurement
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports, budgets, and forecasts, presenting findings to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Work closely with teams across departments to comprehend procurement needs and liaise with potential suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and quality adherence.
  • Collaborate extensively with various departments to grasp procurement requirements and engage with potential suppliers to ensure advantageous terms and quality consistency.
  • Undertake extensive market research and stay informed about industry trends, pinpointing avenues for cost-efficiency improvements and process upgrades in procurement.
  • Track supplier performance and foster alliances, instituting tangible KPIs to uphold the smooth progression of supply chain processes.
  • Engage in meticulous market research and stay abreast of industry trends, discovering openings for cost-saving initiatives and process elevations within procurement.
