We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement/Purchase Assistant to join our team in the construction industry. The candidate will support the procurement department in sourcing materials, preparing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotationsPrepare and process purchase orders and requisitionsMaintain vendor records and follow up on deliveriesSupport negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable termsEnsure compliance with company policies and procurement standardsCoordinate with the operations and finance team for smooth workflow
Keyskills :
