  • Manage the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and securing the best possible terms.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement needs and develop effective procurement strategies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
  • Manage and operate the ERP system, including but not limited to tendering processes, issuing purchase orders, and preparing contracts.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and new suppliers.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  • Monitoring the suppliers? performance and provide feedback to enhance their performance.
  • Develop all the policies and procedures related to the procurement functions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on working within government entities in the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, UAE government regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong experience in managing and operating ERP systems related to procurement activities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor?s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPP) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
