Job Description

Dubai based construction & contracting company is looking for purchase officer. Candidates with 3+ years of experience in construction company in UAE are entertained to apply.Roles & Responsibilities?

  • Receiving approved PRs
  • Floating inquiries to the concerned suppliers
  • Receiving quotations from mentioned suppliers
  • Making the comparison of the quotations received
  • Submitting the comparison to Manager for negotiation and finalization
  • Preparation of LPO once the value and supplier has been finalized
  • Forwarding the LPO to Manager for approval
  • Coordinating with the suppliers for prompt delivery of the materials to the site.
  • Coordinating with the site staff regarding the quality and quantity of the materials received
  • Coordinating with the Accounts Department regarding the suppliers payments.
  • Maintaining proper filling of all the PRs and LPOs
  • Receiving and updating PR and LPO logs
