Job Brief:Manage and control Spend Categories for end user requirements.Develop / Implement proper purchasing policies and procedures.Coordinate with team and stake holders for all activities of purchasing materials & Services.Develop Frame work contracts for regular supply items with a proper negotiation with supply chainFollow internal procedures and policies throughout the life cycle of Procurement of goods until commercial close of all purchase ordersEnhanced negotiation strategies for most competitive procurement activities Responsibility:SLA & KPI based delivery Plan, Manage and deliver the services based on time and Budget Develop and implement purchase policies and proceduresMarket Knowledge - Materials, services, vendors , financial aspects , market norms Managing P2P process along with Negotiations, resolution of any claims or variations Tender Management Supplier Management Group Spend Category management Identifying New vendors and Savings Opportunities.Close coordination with stake holders to meet monthly, yearly and urgent delivery targets.Decisions Making and Problem-solving Capabilities.Skill & Process development support for team and department. Reporting and communication capabilities.Requirements:Min 6+ years of experience in building material/civil/construction/real estate industries. Min Qualification: Bachelors degree.Should have experience in procuring material for /Civil/ID and Finishes work.Excellent communication & presentation skills
