Our client is now recruiting for a Procurement ManagerMission and Responsibilities:MissionHas the responsibility for pricing, branding and promotion of his product group with the goal to optimize sales and profits. For that he must, in compliance with the Company?s policies and procedures, ensure cost-effective purchase of all goods, planning, control and assure the defined SLA?s for all the buying and selling process always having quality control as a warranty.Building strong relationships with all the suppliers and customers is extremely important for this role. Must have a commercial mindset as well as understanding consumers wants and needs.Responsibilities:? From the procurement and buying perspective:? Design, plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies? Prepare daily, weekly and monthly procurement reports? Maintain a database of approved suppliers and merchandise? Keep informed of changing industry trends? Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and permanently challenging them to new trends.? Search for potential suppliers? Negotiate contracts with suppliers? Negotiate range of products, prices and specifications with suppliers? Compare proposals for price and specifications? Track KPIs? Ensure product availability and place appropriate orders? Guaranty the achievement of all SLA? Manage technological systems that track the shipment, inventory and supply.? Design, plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies? Calculate forecasts for product demand trends;? Manage and track budget? Prepare and provide reports for upper management?
