Procurement ManagerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services related to landscaping construction. Oversee the purchasing cycle, from sourcing and negotiation to delivery and evaluation.•Vendor Management: Develop relationships with reliable suppliers and subcontractors. Evaluate vendor performance and build long-term partnerships that ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.•Negotiation Skills: Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery timelines with vendors. Secure the best commercial deals while maintaining project quality standards and timeframes.•Budget & Cost Control: Work closely with the finance and project teams to ensure procurement aligns with the project budget. Monitor spending and introduce cost-saving measures where applicable.•Compliance & Documentation: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
