Job Description

Job PurposeEffectively manage the implementation of the contract management processes and manage the assigned category contracts. Job Outline:- Manage the contracts in the assigned category and ensure the delivery of the expected service to the sourcing team and the business unit- Maintain a detailed supplier database for assigned category and regularly update the relevant records.- Regularly meet and discuss with sourcing the contracts status and exchange updates of projects from souring and any contractual issues.- Monitoring supplier compliance with the relevant safety, security, quality, and regulations of the Emirates Group for the assigned category .- Ensure contract management process is completed as per company standards including compliance to the complete Contract Management Process.- Maintain a supplier relationship management process in order to recognise supplier performance and prepare supplier performance reports share it with the stakeholders as per agreed SLA.- Engage, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including other departments within the Emirates Group and suppliers.Qualifications & ExperienceProcurement.Contract Management : 3+ YearsDegree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) : In fields of finance or procurement. Evidence of continual professional development through a recognised professional body such as The Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Experience in procurement and contracts management Knowledge/skills: - good communication skills - Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships - Ability to use generic applications and softwaresSalary & BenefitsJoin us in a management role and enjoy an attractive tax-free salary.
