Procurement ExecutiveJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :?Handle end-to-end procurement of automotive spare parts, including sourcing, supplier negotiation, and order processing.?Work with inventory and stock teams to plan purchases aligned with sales trends and stocking strategies.?Utilize parts catalogs and technical documentation to ensure correct part selection and purchasing.?Liaise with both local and international suppliers to manage lead times, delivery accuracy, and pricing.?Generate procurement reports, maintain records of purchases, and monitor stock movement and forecasting.?Use Microsoft Excel and procurement systems to manage data and evaluate supplier performance.?Collaborate with the finance and warehouse teams to streamline procurement-to-payment processes.Candidate Requirements :?2 to 5 years of experience in spare parts purchasing, specifically in stocking-type procurement?Knowledge of automotive parts catalogs and aftermarket sourcing?Strong analytical and negotiation skills?Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel?High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume procurement environment?Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus)
