Procurement Executive needed with the following roles and responsibilities:- Daily follow up with suppliers and coordination in order to ensure receiving required supplies on time-Preparation of documents relating to import of raw materials from overseas suppliers to be able to clear the goods smoothly and without interruption- Data collection and entry into ERP system on a daily basis- Daily coordination between production and procurement department to ensure raw materials are handed over when required- Monitoring of raw material stocks and preparing daily reports to be shared with management and operations departments- Inventory management experience would be a plus- Experience in product registration in municipality would be a plus- Experience in the food and beverage industry would be a plus- Experience in export documentation preparation would be a plus
