Procurement EngineerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesDuties and Responsibilities:•Responsible for the procurement process for all project-related materials and services.•Collaborate with project managers and designers to understand technical aspects of material requirements.•Draft and distribute RFPs to potential vendors, outlining the specifications and requirements for products or services needed.•Work together with procurement officers, accounts payable and site management in ensuring that payments and material deliveries are on time.•Administer the timely updates of LPO tracker in the google sheets.•Collaborate with the materials/design team to guarantee that the acquired materials meet all required specifications and quality standards.•Perform detailed cost analyses to identify optimal procurement options aligned with budget constraints and quality standards.•Perform evaluations to recognize and assess suppliers based on quality, price and dependability.
