For a Trading company dealing in HVAC items and Oil and Gas supplies, we are looking to expand our Procurement team with a very ambitious person supporting our procurement team on daily basis. It is your responsibility to make sure all supportive technical and administrative tasks are executed on time and in a professional manner.Roles & Responsibilityú Reviewing the specifications of the project and preparing quotations in compliance with the project specifications and BOQú Preparing the project costing and liaising with suppliers to obtain pricesú Comparing the quote from suppliers vs the specifications and ensuring that it is 100% complaint or highlighting the deviationsú Preparing technical submittal, compliance statement and reviewing these documents with sales Engineers for final submissionú Attending any technical queries on the submittal from client and consultantsú Technical observation/ study of relevant project specifications to prepare the techno-commercial proposals for the represented product lineú Replying to consultant comments with proper documents.ú liaising with suppliers and clients on any technical issues and providing support to sales team on technical issues.ú Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondence in company approved databases, submittals, compliance statements etcú Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical usersú Liaising with factory for technical assistance, product catalogues and any clarifications.ú Identify customers needs and sales opportunities to help future growthú Placing orders with suppliers, follow up on orders until the delivery is completeú Arranging shipment through forwarders, preparing documents in compliance with client ordersú Any other task assigned by the managemnet
