This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Engineer at Magnum International L.L.C located in Dubai. The Procurement Engineer will be responsible for sourcing ,supplier evaluation, creating and managing purchase orders, and conducting analytical assessments. The Procurement Engineer will also be responsible for communication with vendors and internal stakeholders and managing the request for quotation (RFQ) process.QualificationsSupplier Evaluation, Purchase Orders, and Analytical SkillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience with the request for quotation (RFQ) processAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience in the Energy Sector (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, ) is a plus
