Procurement AssistantJob Location : UAEJob Responsibilities:•Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.•Analyse End-user trends and market data.•Be knowledgeable of (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing), Building Materials and maintenance suppliers.•Negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms.•Select products that align with the stores target market and brand.•Manage inventory levels to optimize sales and minimize excess stock.•Monitor supplier’s performance and adjusting purchasing strategies accordingly.•Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.•Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.•Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Head of Supply Chain.Job requirements•Experience (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing), Building Materials and maintenance suppliers is a MUST.•Effective Communications with Suppliers is a must.•High School Diploma or Equivalent•Microsoft Office skills.•Market knowledge in sourcing of materials and services.
