KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:�

Ensure the efficient and cost-effective execution of day-to-day processing plant operations.
Optimize processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall operational excellence.
Develop and implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Lead and manage a team of operators, technicians, and support staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Uphold and enforce safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Ensure compliance with local and international environmental and regulatory standards.
Lead, motivate and empower others to maintain a high performing team, role model collaboration with cross-functional teams and resources.
Generate and present regular reports on processing plant performance, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Set, communicate, and track performance metrics for the team.
Implement training programs for the processing team, focusing on skill development and knowledge enhancement.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and cross-training within the team.
