Post Graduate / Graduate with at least 3 years of experience as a Process analyst preferably in automation processes. 2. Meeting with stake holders to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the business. 3. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. 4. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. 5. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. 6. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis. 3. Conducting department visits to analyse equipment and established processes. 4. Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas. 5. Designing workflow and process strategies to improve business performance. 6. Should have worked on IT enabled improvements for retail, ecommerce, FMCG or consumer durables. Should have lean Six Sigma certification / Experience.
