Job Description

Urgent Requirement for an experienced Private House Chef in the United Arab Emirates; Preferred Nationality ? Indian & Sri Lankan; Gender ? Male; Salary ? AED 2,500 to AED 3,000; Location ? Dubai, UAE.

  • Create and develop new recipes for the employer.
  • Be involved in purchasing ingredients and management of inventories.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of ingredients and plan menus according to employers needs & diet restrictions.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the workstation by washing dishes and keeping the utensils & other equipment in proper storage areas.
  • Handle all meals for the family and possibly for other household staff.
  • Prepare food for parties, holiday meals, luncheons, special functions, and other social events.
  • Serve meals and snacks to employing families and their guests.
