Printer Technician | Retail | Electronics | UAEOverview of the role:ÿTroubleshooting and repair of Photocopiers & Fax machinesTroubleshooting and repair of printers and InstallationNetworking & programming of photocopier and fax machinesÿWhat you will do:-Description of Accountability:ÿ

  • Trouble shooting and repair of Photocopiers & Fax machines & printers.
  • Meet the KPIs as applicable from time to time
  • Improve the penetration in the allocated territory
  • Achieve and/or exceed the budgeted revenue / GM
  • Professional communication with customer regarding ?repair-specific information? and educate them further onÿthe usabilities andÿincreased utility value of the product so as to ?engage the customer?ÿin the long run
  • Shall be required to field / on-site/ projects requirement / transferable.
  • Should be ready to learn cross function experience (ex. IT, AV, Mobile, Nokia etc)
