You must have experience of recruiting across the Professional Services sector throughout the GCC region.What we re looking for? 5 years recruitment experience? Strong billing history and the ability to bring business with you? Ideally, fluent in both English and Arabic? Educated to a degree level? Excellent communication skills; can confidently and effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels? Self-motivated, collaborative and reliable, with a good work ethic? Organised, attentive, methodical, resilient and adaptable? Can use your initiative and take ownership of your work? Positive, can-do attitudeThe roleThis is a full 360-recruitment role where you will take over a warm desk within the Professional Services sector. Whilst there will be roles from existing clients to work on, you ll still be required to go out and win new business throughout the GCC region. Meaning, there will be possible travel within that area.You will actively promote the business and live roles on social media platforms to generate a highly qualified short list of candidates. You will evaluate candidates for your clients and find the perfect match between the two, ensuring a strong, risk-free placement.What s on offer? Excellent commission structure?
