Our client is seeking a talented Principal Quality Assurance Engineer. You will be responsible for co-ordinating end to end (E2E) business process, volume, performance, UAT and Operational tests in a variety of delivery models, from waterfall to agile and multiple sprint teams in support of the portfolio release trains.You will be joining the number 1 leading group in its sector working across a variety of projects within an ever-expanding technical team. They are constantly developing and releasing new projects to ensure they are the very best in every area.Skills Needed: ? 8+ years in quality related roles with increasing responsibility, impact, and scope within a digital or ecommerce environment? 5+ years of experience as a Software Quality Engineering manager or equivalent position looking after products across an enterprise? Excellent grasp of latest testing trends and technologies? Proficiency in multiple programming languages and coding design patterns? Demonstrable skills in developing automation frameworks and integrating with CI pipelines? Strong understanding of driving adoption of Agile Testing and Test Automation across the teams whilst understanding the limitations of Test Automation? Strong leadership skills, including the ability to set goals and provide positive and constructive feedback respectfully to build positive relationships and improve business results? Strong oral and written communication skills with demonstrable experience communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settingsBenefits:? Tax Free Salary?
