Job Description

Our ClientOur client is a leading real estate development companyYour Responsibilities

  • Raise capital from GCC and global Institutional Investors.
  • Liaise with existing network and generate a new network of Investors interested in Real Estate.
  • Attend Regular meetings across GCC with the largest GCC based Institutional Investors.
  • Create, develop, and exploit commercial opportunities through existing and potential new investors with whom you will target, initiate, and develop business relationship.
  • Ensure that the management is constantly appraised of the business activity, market opportunities, status, trends, and business developments.
  • Develop strategies to realize commercial opportunities and minimize risks to the business.
  • Additional European language skill would be a plus
  • In depth understanding of Real Estate
  • Existing network of active Real Estate Institutional Investors
  • Extremely motivated and sales driven
  • Develop and maintain an excellent rapport with key stakeholders such as clients, community organizations, regulatory bodies etc.
  • Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, demonstrations, and other related activities.
Your Qualifications
  • A bachelors degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar position or related financial services position in Wealth management or Private banking.
  • Experience selling Real Estate strategies to Institutional Investors across the GCC and/or internationally.
  • Proven experience in maintaining and developing the relationships necessary for effective fundraising
  • Developing and delivering engaging presentations and pitches to high-net-worth investors
  • Ability to organize/present complex information in a visual and compelling way to different audiences
