Job Description

Pricing Support Executive | Global AftersalesAbout the Job:We are looking for aPricing Support Executive ? B2Bwho will support the day-to-day pricing operations and KPI reporting of all pricing areas as well as supporting the pricing analysts incorporate this data and findings in to the logic-based approach. Additionally, you will be the face of parts pricing including supporting with large deals ensuring that the structure of the business?s offerings remain in place as well ensuring that all actions are sustainable and profitable. You will use a variety of data analysis methods & tools to support the business results with data-based insights converted into an easy summary of outcomes.Among your key responsibilities as are as follow:

  • Monitor and correct erroneous pricing such as low or negative margins whilst analyzing route cause
  • Supporting with enquiries of large sales orders requiring additional support to convert these orders in line with KPI?s and pre-defined logics
  • Ensure vehicle model job pricing is up to date and maintained within online portal
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze pricing changes and its effect on overall gross margin performance
  • Analyze data for trends and patterns, and Interpret data with a clear objective in mind
  • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
  • Devise reporting which presents results in a clear manner
  • Support with ad-hoc enquiries and modelling the impact
  • Use large data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action
  • Use of analysis and data visualization techniques, to create solutions that enable enhanced business performance
  • Support with preparing reports and presentations for relevant stakeholders that will give insights for decision making.
