We consider persons with disabilities for all our opportunities.#WeareBRFThe Pricing Specialist will be working with Insights & Performance team to implement pricing management process and pricing strategies across the MENA Region.

  • Work together with the local teams to build competitive pricing and promotion strategies to achieve revenue/margin goals;
  • Analyze industry standards and pricing strategies of competitors to help BRF to determine and set competitive prices;
  • Build and connect data from multiple sources and develop complex pricing models;
  • Track and analyze BRF prices (sell in & sell out);
  • Develops a system of communication, documentation and review of internal and external comparative pricing data;
  • Identifies opportunities to optimize sales and profitability through pricing and promo strategies;
  • Work close to the Category team to support Pricing-related subjects of the Portfolio Architecture, along with Category Strategy exercises;
  • Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promote compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
Academic BackgroundBachelor?s in business management or relatedDesirable requirements
  • Analytical skills - P&L and market intelligence reports analytics.
  • Commercial acumen - Ability to understand business performance and connect the dots on a total business level.
  • Operational strength - Ability to work the day-to-day operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects & timely delivery effectively.
  • Project management of IT solutions.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in the FMCG sector, preferably from Pricing / Revenue Management / Performance background
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Middle East region
