Our client, a reputed freight forwarding company that specializes in International Sea & air shipping, Customs brokerage, and logistics is currently looking for a Pricing and Sales Executive to be based in Dubai.In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:.Prepare and maintain all pricing/sales related activities in ERP..Managing all RFQs for Road, Air Freight, Sea Freight, Cross Trades, RO/RO & Break Bulk.Ability to maintain a daily, monthly, and weekly report on sales inquiries received..Obtaining contractual rates from all co-loaders/shipping line agents/overseas agents.Setting up KPI with accordance to global standard, monitoring with continuous reports provide solution to ensure continually improvement..Coordinating and sending report for monthly business reviews on a weekly basis..Focusing on customer satisfaction in the operation and maintaining after-sales Relationship.Investigating the market and identifying a potential agent..Responding to RFQs on time and quoting clients on time..Understanding the information in the BID/Inquiries/RFQ and floating it to an overseas agent..Obtaining rates for various levels of shipment and explaining to internal teams how to proceed.with shipments in accordance with SOP..Using volume measurements, identify the co loaders/shipping line/airline agent..Communicating with the customer and informing them of the shipment route..Attending teams/personal meet with all locals airline/ shipping line & overseas agents to build a wealthier rapo..Communicating with salespeople and informing them about market pricing and customer needs..Handled different type of cargo like DG/ GENERAL/ OOG/ REEFER/RORO/ PROJECTS etc..Follow up with customer and maintaining the good relationship..Nominating the oversea agent based on the shipment terms..Converting the shipment with booking confirmation and follow-ups.RequirementsQualifications:To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:.MBA or bachelors with Supply Chain/Freight Diploma. Must haveMinimum 4-5 years experince in Freight industry.Must have Freight Operations & Sales experience..Must have Freight Operations know-how..Must have Customs & Clearance knowledge..Must have exposure in GCC/Middle East
