Job Description

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure effective operational support and issue resolution
  • Support and manage required tickets on daily basis SFDC,to ensure Regional Business Group operational needs are being effectively met ,
  • Manage the pre order processing cases with all the follow up with the concerned stakeholders .
  • Ensure that all operational issues are captured in appropriate systems and resolved within agreed and acceptable timelines
  • Monthly reporting preparation in line with the timelines
  1. Standard and deviated Pricing
  • Standard Pricing Maintenance in the system
  • Maintain standard pricing in accordance with Sales District
  • Maintain Discountsin line with Sales District structure.
  • Maintain Phase in Phase out pricing
  • Update the Sales districtD&R structure
  • Deviated Pricing
  • Submission of deviated pricing request in the system ensuringfull documentation and justification in place , including Follow up.
  • Deal renewal process
  • Price List
  • Price file /Order form End to end process
