Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Premium Sourcing & Partnership Manager with knowledge of high end brands and products, to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with premium suppliers, vendors, and service providers.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute premium sourcing strategies and plans to identify and select premium vendors, suppliers, and service providers that meet the organizations requirements for quality and value.
  • Build and maintain relationships with premium vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure the highest quality products and services are provided to the organization.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and other terms and conditions with vendors to achieve cost savings and improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify premium product and service requirements and ensure that they are met by vendors.
  • Manage and monitor vendor performance, ensuring that they meet the organizations standards for quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new premium vendors, suppliers, and service providers that can meet the organizations requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a vendor database and conduct regular vendor assessments to ensure the organization is working with the best partners.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to vendor management.
