? Visiting the customers/end users to understand the warehouse requirements ( Stock keeping unit ,Quantity of material per unit , Type of Storage, Warehouse Size, etc..)? Throughput details to handle inbound and outbound details.? Making the customers to understand the system technicalities & advantages. Explain them about the quality processes? Designing drawing for storage & material handling system for customer?s approval.? Preparing design solution for Automated Warehouses, like Automatic storage & Retrieval system (AS/RS).? Design calculation for speed, throughput etc. of product to achieve require flow rate of pallets/materials per hour.? Design projects within require time frame.? Provide support to rack supplier by designing rack geometry require for ASRS, semi-automatic system.? Coordination with structural analysis team for analyzing component design mainly for seismic zone considerations.? Creating estimation of solution proposed, preparing the design calculation of components & send the prepared BOM to sales team for quotation preparation.? Acquire a deep technical and functional understanding of RPA, BPM and AI Technologies.? Manage and Present on customer proof of concepts (POCs).? Answer requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs).? Contribute to the sales team in driving revenue by qualifying leads.? Drive the pre-sales phase by introducing IQ Group product/services offering and provide product demonstrations ? functionality, system architecture, etc. ? by interfacing with prospective and current customers, distributors and partners (both at business and technical level) and recommend a solution that ensures the optimum usage and utilization of IQ Group products and services; this can include a full pre-sales lifecycle from RFI response/requirement analysis, to running a scoping exercise or engage in a prototype/proof of concept for agreed requirements? Responsible for professional RFP/RFI responses.
