Pre-Owned Vehicle Operations Executive | Automotive | ToyotaOverview of the roleThe Pre-Owned Operations Executive is primarily responsible in coordination with theÿSales Team and necessary SAP and FT system transactions, monitoring the distribution of stock levels of Pre-Owned across Branch locations, location and status of Pre-Owned vehicles, SAP System processing of vehicle purchase and refurbishment transactions with WorkshopÿWhat you will do

  • Manage used vehicle SAP system purchase, PO issue and coordination
  • Coordination with Service Centers concerning vehicle preparation, cost of services and works review and approval
  • Coordination with Stock Controllers for vehicle movement and transfer, system billing blocks removal, trade-in updates, pricing updates
  • Demo to used car SAP stock status conversion
  • Reporting and system data analysis
  • Pre-owned vehicle appraisal, evaluation and coordination with Automall Buyers
  • Sales Leads and Enquiry Management
