Job Description

BWP are currently representing a global independent testing, inspection and certification service provider. They have a large established presence across the Middle East and have a vacancy for an Industrial Security Practice Lead. The selected individual will be responsible for leading the regional competency and delivery across Industrial Security.Responsibilities:

  • Identifies new opportunities within accounts to grow the business.
  • Drives performance for multiple accounts/engagement with new sales within Industrial Security Competency Area
  • Understands the ICS domain and competitive landscape
  • Develops and implements strong governance and manages practitioners, employees, subcontractors and client team stakeholders
  • Develop solutions and proposals as required to support the sales teams for qualified opportunities
  • Lead engagements and monitor delivery of projects as per plan
  • Build and mentor a team of practitioners in the region
  • Build competency specific assets which can be shared with the team for reusability on projects to delivery better and predictable outcomes
  • Building and managing an ecosystem of reliable partnerships (technology and services) for execution of projects
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 15 years within the Industrial Control Sector
  • Have experience within the Manufacturing, Oil & Gas or Utilities sectors
  • Bachelors in engineering
  • Global Industrial Cybersecurity Professional (GICSP)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified in Risk and Information System Control (CRISC)
  • Proven track record in Consulting - OT & Industrial Security
